Wanted:New Small Business Looking For Space I am looking for a low cost solution for my new company that requires office/warehouse space. My company is in the distribution business but only requires a small amount of space. It would be primarily for used for storage and shipping/receiving but an office space would be a big bonus. I am hoping for a rent free arrangement to start that I could transition me into a long term paying tenant.
