Data Feed Information

If you have residential listings that you want us to show on Prop2Go, send us an XML feed and we will parse it for inclusion on our site.

Note that if there is an error with one of your listings, the parser will ignore that listing, but will continue reading the remainder of your feed. Also, please note that the name & description of the property has to have proper encoding in the English language, we will not accept listings with invalid characters or symbols.

Required fields:

These fields have to be present in order to include your listing.

• DataSource
  Data Type: String
  This DataSource Username uniquely identifies you, please contact us to get your DataSource UserName.
• DataSourceURL
  Data Type: String
  The URL where the original listing can be found.
• Name
  Data Type: String (Maximum length of 100 characters)
  Name of the Property.
• Description
  Data Type: String (Maximum length of 1000 characters) Description of the Property.
• Property Type
  Data Type: String
  Property Type. possible values are:
  Apartments For Rent, Homes For Sale, Houses For Rent, Rooms For Rent, Multi Family For Sale
• Address
  Data Type: String
  Address where the property is located at.
• City
  Data Type: String
  Name of the city the property is located in.
• State_Province
  Data Type: String
  Name of the State or Province the property is located in.
• Country
  Data Type: String
  Name of the Country the property is located in.
• Email_PhoneNumber1
  Data Type: String (Maximum length of 100 characters)
  Primary Contact e-mail or phone number.
• NumBedrooms
  Data Type:
  Number of Bedrooms (for example, 1. 0 If it's a bachelor apartment)
• NumBathrooms
  Data Type: Decimal
  Number of Bathrooms (for example, 1.5)
• Price
  Data Type: Decimal (Must be greater than 100)
  Price of the property (see Time Period), must be in Dollars.

Optional Fields

These fields are optional, including them will enhance your listing but they are not required.

• DataSourceID
  Data Type: String
  The ID of the Original listing (this is the ID that you use to identify your lising).
• Email_PhoneNumber2
  Data Type: String (Maximum length of 100 characters)
  Secondary Contact e-mail or phone number.
• TimePeriod
  Data Type: String (Default is Monthly)
  The TimePeriod, corresponding to the Price (Default is Monthly), other options are: Weekly, Daily.
• Zip_PostalCode
  Data Type: String
  Zip or Postal Code of the property.
• ApartmentNumber
  Data Type: String
  If there is an apartment number, supply it here.
• UTubeCode
  Data Type: String
  If the property is listed on YouTube, enter the YouTube Code for the property (e.g. 1cMlEOhRf4Q)
• ApartmentPic100
  Data Type: String
  The URL of the main Property Image
• ApartmentPic100by100
  Data Type: String
  Optionally, you can also provide a 100 x 100 version of the main Property Image.
• SqFootage
  Data Type: String
  Square Footage or Acrage of the property.
  
• Longitude
  Data Type: Decimal
  The Longitude of the Property.
• Latitude
  Data Type: Decimal
  The Latitude of the Property.

Property Pictures

You can supply up to 8 images for the property, each image has to have the URL, Description, and the Type of Image
